Apply the paste on your hair. cover your hair and scalp completely. let it stay for 20 minutes, and then wash off with cold water.

Pitta Dosha is the main reason for loss of hair and hair fall. take a 6mg capsule of ashwagandha every day. it cleans up your system and gets rid of all toxins. it is also anti-inflammatory and solves a number of hair proble.
